What You'll Do:
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment where children feel loved, valued, and encouraged to learn.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development.
- Build strong partnerships with families through open communication and collaboration.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive classroom culture and supporting assistant teachers and team members.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Observe and document children's progress while supporting individual developmental needs.
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Education coursework, CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or Pre-K children
- Knowledge of child development and early learning best practices
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Bonus:
Applicants with a college degree may receive:
- $500 after 30 days
- $500 after 6 months
