What You'll Do

Coach, mentor, and support teachers, home visitors, and family engagement advocates through observation, modeling, feedback, and reflective practice.

Demonstrate best practices that strengthen classroom instruction, parent-child interactions, and family engagement.

Facilitate professional learning opportunities, peer-to-peer collaboration, and coaching cycles that build staff capacity.

Support educators in using child assessment and family outcome data to inform decisions and improve results.

Conduct classroom observations and provide individualized coaching aligned with CLASS®, curriculum fidelity, and program quality standards.

Guide staff in creating developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive learning environments.

Collaborate with program leaders to develop continuous improvement goals for classrooms, campuses, and family support services.

Support curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and instructional strategies that promote school readiness.

Facilitate Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), collaborative curriculum planning meetings, and reflective supervision practices.

Conduct fidelity observations and coaching using evidence-based tools, including CLASS®, PICCOLO, and HOVRS.

Help educators interpret data, celebrate successes, and identify opportunities for growth.Track coaching progress and maintain accurate documentation in coaching and data management systems.
