As a Personal Care Assistant, you will help individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and assistance with daily activities.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Support with mobility and transferring as needed
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client’s health or behavior to the care team
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
- Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills
- Ability to pass background checks and meet company health and safety standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
- Competitive hourly wage between $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month
