We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Shop Foreman to lead our service department and support our team of technicians. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, assisting technicians with diagnostics and repairs, maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of automotive technicians.
- Assist technicians with complex diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Monitor shop productivity and ensure repair orders are completed efficiently.
- Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Support service advisors in communicating repair recommendations and timelines.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop technicians to improve skill levels and performance.
- Help manage shop workflow and dispatch work effectively.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with warranty repairs and documentation as needed.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles when necessary.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience required.
- Previous leadership or foreman experience required
- ASE Certifications preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills required
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with shop management systems and repair information software.

Compensation
$75,000 + annually, based on experience, certifications, and performance.
