Field Paper is hiring an experienced Paper Sales Representative to cover the Greater Kansas City print market, one of the strongest growth opportunities in our company. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and helping customers find the right solutions. You will be responsible for developing new business while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts throughout the Greater Kansas City area.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and community outreach
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Visit customer locations regularly to provide support and identify new opportunities
- Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities
- Coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure excellent service
- Represent Field Paper professionally in the marketplace
- Stay informed about company products, customer needs, and industry trends
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in the paper and/or print industry
- Established local relationships within the Kansas City print market
- A demonstrated ability to grow accounts and establish new customer relationships
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
