We are currently seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as Carte Attendants at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This position pays $14.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
As a Carte Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring airport guests have access to luggage carts and related amenities. This is a physically active position that requires continuous walking and standing for extended periods. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting carts from high-return areas to high-rental areas to ensure carts are consistently available for customer use. You will also perform routine maintenance and cleaning of carts, cart management units, and massage chairs. The position requires practicing safe work behaviors at all times to protect yourself, coworkers, and airport visitors. Maintaining open communication with coworkers and facility management is essential, along with providing courteous and helpful assistance to passengers. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed.
Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of previous work experience are preferred. Strong customer service skills and effective verbal communication are required. All applicants must be able to obtain an airport badge and possess a valid driver’s license.
This position requires lifting up to 40 pounds and the ability to push or pull 75–100 pounds when moving multiple carts. Successful candidates must be able to walk and stand for the entire duration of their shift.
