Construction Plumbing Experience & Previous Plumbing Estimating is a Must.
· Budgeting: Develop accurate and competitive project estimates, balancing cost-effectiveness with high-quality plumbing solutions.
· Material Takeoffs: Conduct detailed material takeoffs to support precise project planning and procurement.
· Software Proficiency: Demonstrate efficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and plumbing estimating software to streamline the estimation process.
· Plumbing Expertise: Understand and interpret plumbing codes, providing comprehensive knowledge for high rise residential, commercial, and light industrial projects.
· Design Assist: Collaborate with project teams to provide valuable insights during the design phase, ensuring efficient and code-compliant plumbing solutions.
· Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
· Bring optimization to work every day.
· Confidentiality is essential.
Skills and Experience -
· Must be highly proficient with Excel, Bluebeam, and plumbing estimating software (Fast pipe).
· Knowledge Word, Outlook, Excel & Estimating Software, ability to quickly learn new software platforms as needed.
· Proven experience in construction plumbing estimation for high rise residential, commercial, and light industrial projects, prior plumbing experience prefer.
· Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
· Relevant educational background or certifications in plumbing estimation.
