What You'll Do
As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll introduce homeowners to our company and schedule free, no-obligation estimates for our Project Consultants.
No high-pressure sales.
No closing.
Your job is simply to create opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners professionally
- Schedule qualified in-home estimates
- Record appointments using our mobile app
- Represent All Season Windows with professionalism
- Meet daily and weekly appointment goals
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for outgoing, energetic people who enjoy working with others.
Experience
- Door-to-door canvassing experience is a huge plus.
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful.
- We will train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Comfortable walking several miles each day
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass a background check
