Job Summary
We are seeking another dynamic and detail-oriented Superintendent to add to our team. This position will oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing subcontractors, and resources effectively while maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities with other Superintendents, design team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Utilize construction management software Contractor Foreman.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor construction site progress daily, conducting site inspections to enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation including change orders, daily logs, and punchlists.
- Implement a 2 week look ahead schedule.
- Facilitate effective project coordination among teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site management across diverse projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software a plus
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, teams, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and site supervision experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
