Job Summary
Support the coordination and organization of our skilled landscape production teams, with a primary focus on landscape maintenance crews. This role involves data entry, assembling crew schedules, dispatching crews, ordering materials, scheduling jobs, and picking up or delivering small products and equipment. The position also includes managing and routing paperwork and communicating effectively with all teams involved in the landscape maintenance and construction process. The assistant will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow across all projects.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent telephone and overall communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience in landscape maintenance, snow and ice control, and landscape construction is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
