Healthcare Business Development Representative – Post-Acute / Wound Care
SpringCare Clinic | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Flexible / Field-Based | Independent Contractor
SpringCare Clinic is expanding our mobile wound care program throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and is seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development Representative to develop relationships with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term care communities, assisted living facilities, memory care communities, and other post-acute organizations.
We are especially interested in candidates who already have relationships within the DFW post-acute healthcare community.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new facility partnerships throughout DFW
- Connect with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Executive Directors, clinical leaders, and other decision-makers
- Introduce SpringCare Clinic's mobile wound care services to prospective facility partners
- Schedule and attend meetings with facility leadership
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective partners
- Build relationships that generate qualified patient referrals
- Maintain an organized pipeline of facilities, contacts, meetings, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate directly with SpringCare leadership as new facilities are onboarded
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has previous business development, sales, marketing, liaison, or account management experience within post-acute healthcare.
Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Skilled nursing / long-term care
- Hospice or home health
- Mobile healthcare services
- DME or medical supplies
- Long-term care pharmacy
- Physician or provider relations
- Rehabilitation or therapy services
- Wound care
- Other healthcare services routinely provided to SNFs, ALFs, or LTC facilities
Existing relationships with DFW facility administrators, DONs, Executive Directors, or other post-acute decision-makers are strongly preferred.
Wound care experience is a plus, but not required. We can teach you our clinical service model. We are primarily looking for someone who understands the post-acute market, knows how to get in front of decision-makers, and can turn relationships into facility partnerships.
What Success Looks Like
This is not simply a lead-generation position. We are looking for someone who can take a facility from initial contact → decision-maker meeting → partnership → patient referrals.
You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own territory and following opportunities through to completion.
Compensation
Performance-based compensation with bonuses for successful facility acquisition and patient growth.
There is significant opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as our DFW wound care program expands.
To Apply
Please send your resume along with a brief response to the following:
1. What experience do you have selling or developing relationships within SNFs, LTC facilities, assisted living, hospice, home health, or other post-acute settings?
2. Do you currently have relationships with healthcare facilities or decision-makers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area? If so, briefly describe the types of facilities and contacts in your network.
3. If you joined us tomorrow, how would you approach getting meetings with 5–10 DFW facilities within your first 30 days?
We are looking for someone who already understands this market and is ready to help build a growing post-acute wound care program.
