Floors & Kitchens Today is looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join our showroom team. This role is primarily a warehouse position with some customer-facing sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable helping both with warehouse tasks and assisting customers when needed.
Sales experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
Warehouse / Store Support:
- Prepare and organize customer orders for pickup or delivery
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Help coordinate and make deliveries when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and showroom
- Perform light janitorial duties.
Sales Support:
- Assist customers with basic flooring product questions
- Help with showroom traffic when sales staff are busy
- Learn flooring products and assist with simple sales transactions as you develop your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly and professional attitude with customers
- Valid driver’s license required
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. routinely.
