Little Smiles Children’s Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Schedule Coordinator to join our Palm Coast team. We are searching for someone who enjoys helping families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring our daily schedule runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly
- Welcome patients and families with excellent customer service
- Coordinate the daily schedule to maximize efficiency
- Verify patient information and update records
- Communicate with parents regarding appointments, treatment, and financial information when appropriate
- Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to maintain a productive schedule
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and patient recalls
- Assist with insurance verification and other front office duties as needed
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Experience with dental scheduling software is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Comfortable working in a busy pediatric dental practice
