Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lube Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform fast, efficient oil changes and vehicle maintenance services to keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Duties
- Conduct quick oil changes, including filter replacements and fluid top-offs, following manufacturer specifications
- Perform basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues such as tire wear, fluid leaks, or mechanical concerns
- Assist with tire service, including rotations, replacements, and alignments as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
- Assist with additional vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections or light repairs when required
Qualifications
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred, but not required - we will provide the training
- Familiarity with hand tools and automotive service equipment
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures like oil changes, tire service, and alignments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during service tasks
- Valid driver's license - Motor vehicle record will be reviewed prior to hire
