Lagoon is looking for energetic, dependable team members to help fulfill orders for our fast-growing ecommerce business. The ideal team member will have previous warehouse or retail experience, familiarity with eCommerce (online shopping), and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. We pack + ship online orders Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall e-commerce operations.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory levels.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Experience in picking, packing, and shipping in a distribution center or warehouse environment is required.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders a plus.

Candidate will be required to be on-site at warehouse facility in Eden Prairie five days a week, rain or shine.
