Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail oriented nanny to join a loving Leander family of four by providing personal assistance and childcare support. This role is ideal for someone who is an independent worker, proactive, solution based and quick adjusting as both parents are working medical professionals.
Schedule:
- Two days per week, 4 hours per day. (Mondays & Wednesdays)
- Times flexible and may vary.
What You’ll Do:
- Household & Family Support: Help keep the household organized, efficient, and running smoothly for a busy family of four.
- Transportation & Scheduling: Manage school/activity pickups and drop-offs, extracurricular schedules, appointments, and home service coordination.
- Household Management: Maintain organized spaces, monitor household supplies, coordinate deliveries/returns, run errands, and manage household to-do lists.
- Meal & Home Support: Assist with occasional childcare for the family’s 11- and 12-year-old boys.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional childcare or nanny experience (agency or private family)
- CPR/First Aid certified (not we required, we'll help get you certified)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must pass a background check and reference verification
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, trustworthy, warm, emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, self-directed, resourceful, and an excellent communicator who aligns with a Christian family’s values of kindness, integrity, service, and respect.
