At Harris Fabrication, we build heavy-duty steel equipment that keeps major industrial operations running—air filtration systems, bulk storage, and custom ductwork used across the country.
This isn’t production welding. This is real fabrication.
We’re looking for welders who take pride in their work, know their way around MIG or Flux Core, and want to be part of a shop that builds large-scale equipment that actually matters.
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel and fabricated assemblies
- Read prints and weld to spec with consistency and precision
- Work alongside fabricators to build large industrial systems from the ground up
- Use grinders and hand tools to prep and finish welds
- Check your work for strength, quality, and fit-up
- Keep your area clean, safe, and dialed in
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with MIG and/or Flux Core welding
- Ability to read and follow basic fabrication prints
- Strong attention to detail and weld quality
- Shows up ready to work and takes pride in the trade
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
- Structural steel fabrication
- Industrial ductwork or equipment builds
- Previous shop or manufacturing experience
