The Role:
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) on a rotating schedule
Lead the night shift nursing team with confidence and compassion
Provide hands-on care while ensuring top-tier resident well-being
Communicate with families & leadership to coordinate care plans
Be a problem-solver in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
What You Need:
Current and valid LVN or RN license in Texas
At least 3 years of nursing experience (supervisory experience a plus!)
Strong leadership & decision-making skills
A heart for senior care & a passion for making a difference

Experience:
