Parking Attendant – Full-Time
Schedule:
Thursday – Sunday, Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM range)
Occasional day shifts may be required.
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to help maintain a safe, secure, and clean parking facility for tenants and their guests. This position includes customer service responsibilities, monitoring parking activity, and light cleaning duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and directions as needed.
- Provide instructions for exiting the parking facility when necessary.
- Monitor parking activity to ensure vehicles are parked in accordance with facility guidelines.
- Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity to management.
- Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of the parking facility.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Property Management or Park First Management.
Job duties and responsibilities may be modified at any time based on operational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants, guests, and management.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, humidity, and wind.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check.
- Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
