About the Role
Department Managers lead teams, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and are responsible for managing key systems that drive restaurant success. This role may include leadership in one or more of the following departments:
Guest Services Department
-
Ensure every customer has a fast, friendly, and positive experience

Execute sales promotions effectively
-
Oversee training and performance of service crew

Maintain a clean and organized front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru
Kitchen Department
-
Oversee food quality, safety, and speed of service

Train kitchen crew on food production procedures and new menu items

Manage inventory and food cost control

Ensure kitchen standards align with health and safety guidelines
People Department

Recruit, train, and schedule crew based on business needs

Drive retention through onboarding, motivation, and recognition programs

Promote a positive work culture and strong team dynamics
Who We’re Looking For

Previous McDonald’s Department Manager experience required

Must be 18 years or older

Strong leadership and communication skills
