Crown Staffing is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians in Walton, KY!
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians with strong industrial maintenance experience to support a manufacturing facility. This position requires hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.

Pay Rate: $36.00–$40.00/hour
Location: Walton, KY
Shift Options:
Option 1: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Option 2: 6:30 PM–6:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating 36/48 schedule
- Must work every other weekend
- Overtime is mandatory when required
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on manufacturing and plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and equipment cleaning.
- Install, maintain, and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, servo motors, and automation systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) system setup and maintenance.
- Document maintenance activities, downtime, and parts usage in CMMS/Limble systems.
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust, and calibrate mechanical and electrical systems.
- Replace worn or defective components to prevent equipment failures.
- Identify equipment issues and communicate repair updates with production and maintenance teams.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Computer skills required, including experience with maintenance tracking systems.
- Forklift experience required (must be able to operate a sit-down forklift; certification provided).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.
- Associate Degree or technical certification preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Plastics or polymer manufacturing equipment experience.
- PLCs, automation systems, and controls.
- Conveyor systems and production equipment.
- Preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
- Precision mechanical assembly, bearings, alignment, fabrication, welding, machining, and milling.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Pump systems (centrifugal, diaphragm, mag drive).
- Temperature control systems and instrument calibration.
