Howard Salvaging is hiring a Scrap Processor / Yard Worker to handle scrap materials and assist customers in a fast-paced salvage yard environment.
This is a physical, hands-on job that requires someone who is dependable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and sort scrap materials efficiently
- Assist customers with unloading and checkout
- Weigh and handle scrap materials accurately
- Process wheels and tires
- Maintain a clean and organized yard
- Follow all safety procedures
- Assist with general yard operations
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Must be reliable and show up consistently
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Standing, walking, and working on feet all day
- Working in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
- Ability to handle physical labor continuously
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (based on business needs)
- Saturday availability may be required
Pay & Growth
- Starting at $17/hour
