What You’ll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll play a vital role in shaping the daily experience of our residents by:
- Providing direct, compassionate care with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Assisting residents with meals, hydration, and maintaining proper nutrition.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to the nursing team.
- Supporting a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by helping maintain resident rooms and care areas.
- Building meaningful relationships with residents, offering emotional support and companionship.
- Following infection control and safety protocols to protect the health and well-being of everyone in our care.
- Participating in care team meetings and ongoing training to strengthen your skills and contribute to our collaborative culture.
