Duties
- Assist with DELIVERING/PICKING UP BOUNCE HOUSES AND INFLATABLES SLIDES
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
- ABLE TO BEND, STRETCH, CLIMB,
- CLEAN THE INFLATABLES
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and stock pickers following all safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Support inventory management through stock counting, cycle counts, and updating inventory management software systems
- Load and unload materials using heavy equipment while adhering to proper manual handling techniques and PPE protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking supplies and ensuring proper storage of materials
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all warehouse operations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to coordinate tasks with team members and supervisorsExperience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse distribution or logistics environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software is a plus
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or pallet jacks demonstrates technical proficiency
- Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards for material handling and equipment operation is highly desirable
- Strong manual handling skills combined with basic math abilities for inventory counting and order processing
- Previous warehouse supervisor or leadership experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
