Job Description:
The Laurel Ridge Community College department of Information Technology Services invites applications for the role of Digital Identity Administrator. This position is tasked with designing and maintaining a robust identity governance framework that secures institutional data while facilitating seamless user access.
The incumbent will lead a comprehensive initiative to audit and restructure the directory services infrastructure (Active Directory/Entra ID) to support advanced automation. Furthermore, this role requires deep analytical engagement with core VCCS enterprise resource planning systems (SIS, AIS, Cardinal, WES) to develop secure, automated provisioning workflows that mitigate risk and align with FERPA, GLBA and HIPAA compliance standards.

The hiring range for this position is $67,858.00 - $98,394.00. Salary will be commensurate with competencies and experience.
