CNC Machinist

Job Details

We are currently seeking several skilled CNC Machinists to become part of our Coon Rapids, MN team immediately.

Candidate Qualifications:

At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on CNC machining background or 5+ years of dedicated setup and startup experience.
Proficiency in performing machine setups, managing offsets, editing programs, and general operation.
Proven technical background working with Mills, Lathes, EDM, Swiss, or Multi-Axis machinery.
Ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings while utilizing precision measurement instruments to ensure quality.
Fundamental to mid-level understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and optimizing speeds and feeds.
A degree in CNC Machining or relevant technical certifications are considered an asset.
Experience working within SPC, ISO, or highly regulated production environments like Aerospace or Medical Device manufacturing is a plus.
Familiarity with vision systems or CMM equipment is preferred.
Prior experience operating Swiss-style machinery such as Citizen, Tsugami, Miyano, Star, or Mazak is highly desirable.

Manage the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of various CNC equipment to help ensure the consistent production of high-quality medical implants.
Execute machine setups, perform tool changes, adjust offsets, and conduct minor program modifications to maintain production efficiency.
Support the team by identifying and resolving machining challenges, cleaning parts, and keeping detailed production and quality records.
Operate specialized equipment including Citizen, Star, and Miyano machinery to produce precision components within an ISO-certified facility.
