What You'll Do
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children using evidence-based tools
- Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
- Deliver engaging, play-based therapy that keeps kids motivated and progressing
- Partner closely with parents, teachers, and fellow healthcare providers for coordinated, whole-child care
- Track progress and adapt treatment plans to keep outcomes on track
- Coach families with practical tools and strategies they can use at home
- Keep documentation accurate, timely, and audit-ready
- Stay sharp with the latest research and early intervention best practices
What You Bring
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure/certification as an SLP
- Solid grasp of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology as they relate to speech and communication
- A compassionate, patient-first approach paired with strong assessment and care-planning skills
- Pediatric experience preferred; early intervention experience is a big plus
