What you'll actually do
- Evaluate and treat an outpatient orthopedic caseload — manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement-based rehab
- Build real relationships with your patients across a full episode of care, not a revolving door
- Collaborate with a small, tight clinical team where your input on caseload and treatment approach is heard
- Document efficiently through a system built to get you home on time
What we're looking for
- Licensed PT (or eligible) in VA or WV
- PTs who may be interested in real growth roles
- New grads welcome — we build in real mentorship, not sink-or-swim
- Experienced clinicians who are tired of being treated like a productivity number and want to practice PT the way you were trained to

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
