Position Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our hot line team. No experience necessary, but you should bring with you a passion for cooking.
In this role, you'll learn to prepare high-quality dishes, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, learn about menu development, and how to ensure food safety standards are upheld—all while working in a fast-paced environment.
The required schedule is 6:00 AM -2:30 PM Wednesday-Saturday and 7:00-3:30 on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn how to set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Learn to prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure plates are presented properly and consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation regulations
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
- Support team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work weekends, and holidays as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing for long periods is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Requires tasting and a sense of smell
- Using powered meat slicers, knives, and other sharp objects safely and carefully
