The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Los Gatos, CA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a Full time, onsite opportunity from August through December 2026 with potential for extension. You'll support students across multiple educational settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams.

Itinerant position serving 2 high schools and 1 adult transition program

Manageable caseload
-
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
-
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
-
Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
-
Collaborate with school teams across multiple campuses
-
High School students
-
Adult Transition Program

General Education and Special Education settings
-
Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-
Students with behavioral and developmental needs
-
Active BCBA certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience

Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills

Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
