Carpet To Go Flooring is looking for an Operations & Installation Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, installation scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day logistics.
This position combines office responsibilities with hands-on operational leadership. You'll spend a significant part of your day handling scheduling, purchasing, customer communication, inventory management, and other administrative tasks. However, this is not just a desk job. When the operation requires it, you'll be expected to work alongside the warehouse team by loading installation crews, receiving materials, unloading deliveries, maintaining inventory, and helping keep daily operations running efficiently. We're looking for a manager who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in when needed.

Responsibilities
- Order materials for upcoming installation jobs.
- Schedule installation jobs and coordinate with homeowners and installation crews.
- Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Verify that all materials are complete and properly loaded into installers' vehicles before they leave each morning.
- Ensure installers have the proper tools, equipment, and professional attire.
- Review completed job paperwork for accuracy and confirm installations meet company standards.
- Assist with loading installation crews each morning and unloading large deliveries.
- Supervise warehouse associates while working alongside them to keep daily operations running efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Enforce warehouse and job-site safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations, warehouse management, flooring installation, or a related field.
- Flooring industry experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
