Job Summary
Digital Boardwalk is expanding and looking for a motivated people-person to help us grow relationships throughout the Gulf Coast business community.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting local professionals, attending business events, and creating new opportunities through relationship building. You do not need to be an engineer or deeply technical, but an interest in technology, business, or managed IT services is highly preferred.
As a Community Brand Ambassador, you will serve as a public-facing representative of Digital Boardwalk throughout Pensacola and nearby areas. Your focus will be introducing local businesses to our company, identifying potential opportunities, and helping strengthen our visibility within the community.
This role is centered around outreach, communication, networking, and business development. Our internal sales and technical teams handle existing client management and technical consultations, allowing you to focus primarily on opening doors and building connections.

Primary Responsibilities
- Attend local networking groups, Chamber events, trade organizations, and business functions
- Build relationships with business owners, office managers, and local professionals
- Identify and engage potential new business opportunities throughout the region
- Perform outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, social engagement, and in-person visits
- Represent the Digital Boardwalk brand in a professional and approachable manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to hand off qualified leads and opportunities
- Help expand awareness of Digital Boardwalk within the local business community
- Stay active and involved in community and professional organizations
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in business development, marketing, outreach, account management, or sales
- Background or familiarity with technology, IT services, cybersecurity, or managed services
- Experience participating in networking organizations such as BNI, Chambers of Commerce, or industry associations
- Comfortable speaking with business professionals in both casual and formal environments
