Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facility. The Maintenance Person will contribute to the overall upkeep of the property as well as repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields.
- Ability to operate tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
