WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a face-to-face sales, training, and closing role focused on building a team and helping homeowners improve the appearance, functionality, and value of their home.
- Run Qualified Appointments - Meet with homeowners, uncover their goals, and guide them through customized lighting solutions.
- Close With Confidence - Present pricing clearly, overcome objections, and create urgency through a consultative sales process.
- Lead From The Front - Set the tone through professionalism, strong communication, and consistent production in the field.
- Sharpen Your Craft - Participate in ongoing coaching, roleplay, and field development focused on becoming an elite closer.
This is a performance-driven environment where strong communicators and competitive people can build a serious income while developing into future sales leadership opportunities.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
New Closers: $80,000 to $150,000 annually
Experienced Closers: $150,000 to $250,000+ annually
Managers and Top Performers: $300,000+ annually
