Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail or commercial settings to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service
- Conduct upselling by presenting additional products or services that add value to the customer’s purchase
- Manage route driving and automobile transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
- Assist with merchandising efforts, including product placement, inventory management, and visual displays to maximize sales potential
- Demonstrate safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items, ensuring safety standards are maintained during all physical activities
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns that meet business goals
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members
- Proficiency in basic math for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins
- Experience in retail store environments or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of commercial truck driving, route planning, and automobile transportation regulations is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices
- Familiarity with DOT regulations related to commercial driving and transportation safety standards
- Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, route driving, and inventory control
- Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase sales volume and enhance customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles to attract customers and boost sales performance

Pay: $100.00 - $235.83 per day
