Functional Kids Therapy Center is a growing, collaborative pediatric therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and families through individualized, play-based care. Our team provides occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and counseling services in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are looking to grow our team at our Battle Creek location!

This role may be structured as either a part-time or full-time position, based on candidate preference and role alignment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist/COTA to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis . This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about working with children and families and is looking for a multi-disciplinary/supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Address areas such as: Sensory processing, Motor planning and coordination, Fine motor skills, Self-regulation, ADLs (activities of daily living)
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover at home
- Communicate effectively with team members and referral sources
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan (or eligible)
- NBCOT Certified
- Experience in pediatrics preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Passion for working with children and families
