Our company is growing, and we are seeking to add an experienced Senior Precious Metals Broker to close high-value clients and mentor sales representatives. In this role, you’ll also work directly alongside our company VP’s, gaining executive-level support and mentorship.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in investment sales, financial advising, wealth management, commodities trading, or bullion brokerage who want to maximize their earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Take TO’s (take-overs) from Sales Representatives and close prospective clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth investors.
- Advise clients on gold, silver, platinum, and palladium investment strategies.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and provide tailored wealth management solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior reps on sales and client management.
- Work closely with company VP’s to refine sales strategies and close major accounts.
- Stay informed on market trends, commodities pricing, and global economic conditions.
- Deliver exceptional client service to drive referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, financial services, or wealth management (precious metals experience strongly preferred/ideal).
- Proven ability to close high-value accounts and exceed sales targets.
- Background as a financial advisor, investment consultant, wealth advisor, or commodities broker is highly valued.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with a “Always Be Closing” sales mentality.
