- Work with buyers and sellers to guide them through the real estate process
- Follow proven systems to generate and convert leads
- Conduct buyer consultations, show properties, and write offers
- Market and promote properties
- Negotiate contracts and represent clients throughout the transaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Grow your business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat business
