Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric SLP to join our team in Colorado Springs. WellCare and Nurture Pediatric Therapies is a collaborative clinic. This position will work collaboratively with other disciplines to provide the best care to our clients. Caseloads are thoughtfully balanced to give you flexibility while maintaining high-quality care.
What You'll Do

Provide direct trauma-assumed speech therapy services to a small, managed caseload of pediatric patients

Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies to meet developmental goals

Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment outcomes

Work closely with ABA, PT, and Occupational Therapists for comprehensive interdisciplinary care

Maintain documentation in accordance with company compliance standards

Assist with case management and therapy planning
Requirements
Requirements:
Masters or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in good standing.
Valid Colorado state licensure (or pending) as a speech language pathologist (SLP) CCC or CF

BLS CPR Certification

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience with EMR systems, preferably KanTime
Compensation
CCC $88,816 – $120,000 per year (based on education and experience)
CF $60,715 -64,357 per year (based on education and experience)
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | No weekends required
