License: Connecticut Cosmetology License preferred, but experienced unlicensed professionals with exceptional skills are encouraged to apply.

We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated hairstylists who specialize in one or more of the following:
- Hair Extensions (K-Tips, Tape-Ins, Sew-Ins, Microlinks, etc.)
- Braiding & Protective Styling
- Natural Hair Care
- Silk Presses
- Healthy Hair & Scalp Care

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client consultations and personalized recommendations.
- Perform high-quality extension, braid, and natural hair services.
- Educate clients on healthy hair maintenance and scalp health.
- Recommend professional retail products that support clients’ hair goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Participate in salon education and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in extensions, braiding, natural hair, or textured hair services.
- Cosmetology license preferred (but not required for highly experienced candidates where legally permitted).
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused.
- Passion for continuing education and staying current with industry trends.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Social media presence is a plus.
