Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Senior Accountant in King of Prussia, PA area!
This is a hybrid role & requires 1-2 days a week in office
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations across multiple legal entities.

Maintain and reconcile general ledgers using QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop); experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Own and drive weekly cash flow forecasting and planning activities.

Monitor and optimize cash positions across multiple entities and bank accounts.

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Lead consolidated financial reporting, including multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and standardization of reporting processes.

Oversee intercompany accounting, including reconciliations and eliminations.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Assist with mergers and acquisitions by supporting financial due diligence, organizing financial data, and contributing to quality of earnings analyses.

Facilitate the integration of newly acquired entities into accounting systems and align post-acquisition financial reporting.

Partner with external CPAs and advisors on tax filings, audits, and transactional matters.

Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Provide timely financial insights and reporting to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

5+ years of Accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Net Suite)

Demonstrated experience with weekly cash management and forecasting
- Strong experience with consolidated financial reporting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Exposure to or experience supporting M&A transactions or integrations is highly preferred
- Experience with intercompany transactions and consolidations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills; financial modeling experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
