Welder / Pipefitter / Service Technician

Case Marine designs, builds, installs, and services desalination systems aboard some of the world's largest cruise ships.
We're looking for a welder who wants more than a shop welding position. Most work is performed in our Arlington production facility, but approximately 15% of the position involves international travel, installing and servicing equipment aboard cruise ships.
If you enjoy fabrication, mechanical work, troubleshooting, and seeing the world, this may be the opportunity you're looking for.
What You'll Do
- TIG weld stainless steel, super duplex, copper-nickel, and carbon steel piping
- Fabricate skid-mounted industrial equipment
- Install and commission equipment aboard ships
- Assist with mechanical assembly and troubleshooting
- Work directly with customers and shipboard personnel
- Learn desalination, pumping, filtration, and water treatment systems
Who We're Looking For
We can teach the desalination side.
We're looking for someone who already has:
- Strong TIG welding skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently when traveling
- Professional communication skills
- Desire to work on a variety of projects rather than repetitive production work
Travel
- Approximately 15% travel
- Domestic and international travel opportunities

- All travel expenses paid
- Minimum 12 hours paid per travel day
- Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
Compensation
- $28-$40/hr DOE
