From The Heart Home Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and reliable caregiver to provide consistent in-home support for a client in Hampton, SC.
This position offers 42 hours per week and is ideal for someone looking for a consistent client assignment who takes attendance and reliability seriously.

Important Home Environment Information
The client is a smoker. Applicants must be comfortable working in a home where smoking occurs.
Client Needs & Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Assist with meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders as needed
- Assist with mobility and maintaining a safe environment
- Transportation to appointments and errands when needed
- Provide consistent and compassionate one-on-one support
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
- Dependable, compassionate, and reliable
- Able to commit to approximately 42 hours per week
- Must be comfortable working in a smoking environment
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care when needed
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Reliable personal transportation strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance preferred
- Must be a South Carolina resident
- Ability to pass a background check
