About the Role:
- High-volume outbound calling to drive bookings and revenue
- Reach out to new leads, past customers, and unsold estimates
- Book service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and drain cleaning
- Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Make consistent outbound calls daily
- Follow up on leads and previous service opportunities
- Re-engage past customers and generate repeat business
- Educate customers on services and create urgency
- Handle objections and confidently close bookings
- Accurately log notes and updates in the system
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements:
- Proven outbound sales or call center experience
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven
