Position: Travel LPN
Location: Concord,NH
Job type: Contract
Contract duration: 14 weeks(With possible extension)
Speciality: Long term care
Setting: Skilled nursing facilities.
Shift: Mid shift(5*8)[3pm - 11:30 pm]
Guaranteed hours: 40hrs/week
Every other weekend required
Pay range:
Hourly : $42/hr - $46/hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following HIPAA guidelines and safety protocols, including IV infusions and medication administration.
- Support acute care needs by managing airway management, ventilator support, and pain management strategies in hospital or ICU settings.
- Conduct specialized procedures such as catheterization, phlebotomy, suturing, and sterile processing while maintaining aseptic techniques.
Skills:
- Proven experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
- Critical care experience in environments like Level I Trauma Centers or Level II Trauma Centers is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques to perform accurate patient assessments.
Requirements:
- 6 Months - 1 year of LPN experience
- Active LPN license
- BLS
