We're looking for someone with an outgoing personality, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for helping people. Sales experience is a plus, but it isn't the most important thing to us. We'd rather hire someone who naturally builds trust and can learn sales than someone with years of experience but poor people skills.
This role begins on weekends, with a clear path to a full-time position as you demonstrate results.
Our top consultants earn $10,000–$14,000+ per month once they're full-time.
What You'll Do
- Meet with patients after their medical consultation and guide them through their personalized treatment plan.
- Help patients feel comfortable, understood, and excited about improving their skin.
- Educate patients on treatment options and answer their questions with confidence.
- Recommend the treatment plan that's best suited for their goals.
- Build long-term relationships with patients through exceptional communication and follow-up.
- Learn our treatments, technologies, and consultation process.
- Track patient interactions using our CRM and clinic software.
- Work closely with our providers to create an outstanding patient experience.

Compensation
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission.
- Part-time weekends to start.
- Opportunity to move into a full-time position based on performance.
- Full-time earning potential of $10,000–$15,000+ per month.
