We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Line Striping Paint Crew Lead to oversee and manage a crew responsible for pavement marking and line striping projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in line striping, a strong sense of leadership, and the ability to manage job sites effectively while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a crew in the application of pavement markings, including parking lot striping, road markings, curb painting, and ADA-compliant markings.

Operate and maintain striping equipment (airless sprayers, TBL Durables application, grinders, etc.).

Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.

Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and specifications to ensure accurate line placement.

Manage daily job site tasks including equipment setup, paint mixing, and clean-up.

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.

Train and mentor new crew members to uphold company standards and productivity.

Maintain inventory of materials and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Document work performed, materials used, and crew hours.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in line striping, pavement marking or commercial painting.

At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA regulations.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
