Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum one year of paid residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
- General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to accepting referrals)
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Professional cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum, mop, and cleaning products
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
About Sunryz Cleaning Services
We highly value our independent cleaning contractors.
As a registered independent contractor, you'll receive client referrals, complete the work independently, and be paid a percentage of the collected service fee. Because this is a 1099 Independent Contractor relationship, Sunryz does not withhold payroll taxes or provide employee benefits. Contractors receive a 1099 tax form reflecting their independent contractor status.
Most contractors begin with a limited number of recurring clients and steadily expand their schedules as availability, performance, and client demand grow.
Our goal isn't simply to refer cleaning jobs. We build long-term relationships with professional contractors who take pride in representing the Sunryz Cleaning Services experience every time they enter a client's home.
