Busy dental specialty practice in Rochester, MI is seeking a full-time or part-time veterinary assistant to join our established team. We value team work, problem solving and outstanding customer service.
The importance of the veterinary dental assistant is to ensure the flow of the day is efficiently maintained. The ideal assistant will have various skills such as administration tasks/phone/computer efficiency, active listening, ability to remain calm and focused despite numerous distractions involved, gentle and proper restraint of animals, ability to identify/operate dental equipment, anticipate the needs of the LVT or DVM, and keep the hospital clean and stocked. Friendly client interaction, both in person and via phone, is crucial to the continued success of our practice. Above all, the ideal assistant will be a team player in all aspects of the job, and are willing to train the right candidate.
