Deputy Field Organizing Position
Energy accountability campaign is hiring field organizers for a door-to-door effort in the Milwaukee area. Our mission is to raise awareness about recent energy rate hikes in the region through door-to-door conversations. Our aim is to inform Milwaukee residents as well as offer a chance to make their voice heard in the struggle for affordable energy. Our door-to-door efforts do not include the sale of any goods or services. Duties include:
- Direct voter outreach and education
- Onboarding, training, and supervision of canvassing team
- Quantitative/Qualitative field reporting
- Data tracking
Job details:
- $24/hr, up to $4,000 / per month
- Full time / part-time available
- Transportation provided during working hours

Requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Management and team leadership experience
- Understanding and passion for Wisconsin's energy affordability/sustainability
- A personal laptop computer
